Data accuracy. All information presented on this website is sourced from official publicly available records including the UK Parliament Commons Votes API, the Members API, the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA), the Register of Members' Financial Interests, the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), NHS England, the Electoral Commission, and the Home Office Immigration System Statistics. While every effort has been made to present this data accurately, errors in data processing, aggregation, or presentation may occur. This website does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information displayed. Users should verify all data against the original sources linked above before relying upon it.
Fair comment and honest opinion. Where this website expresses views or characterisations of voting records, expense claims, or registered interests, these constitute honest opinion based on publicly available facts, as protected under Section 3 of the Defamation Act 2013. The factual basis for any opinion expressed is the official Parliamentary record, IPSA publications, and the Register of Members' Financial Interests, all of which are linked and verifiable. No statement on this website is intended to suggest any illegal activity, corruption, or improper conduct unless explicitly supported by the public record.
Public interest. This website publishes information on matters of public interest within the meaning of Section 4 of the Defamation Act 2013. The voting records, expense claims, registered financial interests, and election results of Members of Parliament are matters of legitimate public concern. The publication of this information serves the democratic purpose of enabling voters to hold their elected representatives to account.
No malicious intent. This website is not intended to harass, defame, or cause harm to any individual. All data presented relates to the public duties and public expenditure of elected officials in their capacity as Members of Parliament. No private information is published. All information was already in the public domain prior to its inclusion on this website.
Expense claims context. Parliamentary expense claims published via IPSA are legitimate allowances provided to MPs to support their parliamentary duties. The inclusion of expense data on this website does not imply that any claim was improper, fraudulent, or unjustified. All claims shown have been approved and paid by IPSA under the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 unless specifically noted as rejected.
Registered interests. Information from the Register of Members' Financial Interests is published by Parliament and declared by Members in accordance with the House of Commons Code of Conduct. The inclusion of this data does not imply any wrongdoing, conflict of interest, or improper influence. All interests shown have been properly declared by the Members concerned.
Asylum and immigration data. Asylum seeker figures are sourced from the Home Office Immigration System Statistics (Table Asy_D11, year ending December 2025) which publishes data by local authority, not by parliamentary constituency. Constituency-level figures shown on this website are estimated by proportionally distributing local authority totals across constituencies using the ONS Ward-to-Westminster-to-LAD geographic lookup (July 2024 boundaries). The actual distribution of asylum seekers within a local authority area may not be even — these figures are indicative estimates, not exact per-constituency counts. Country of birth data is from the ONS Census 2021, the most recent census available, and covers England and Wales only. Scottish, Welsh, and Northern Irish constituencies may lack some or all immigration-related data.
